You mean that I have to modify the flange of the midpipe?

I'm asking this because I'm currently swapping my 1ZZ engine for a 2ZZ.
The only thing I'm missing is the exhaust (endrohr) of a 2ZZ.
Isn't the 1ZZ exhaust more flow restrictive than the 2ZZ exhaust and won't this give me trouble?
