Motor oil

I have one problem. My Celica use pretty much motoroil. I use fully synthetic 0W-40. Engine use 1 liter motoroil per 1000km. I think it is so much!!
Can you help me? Where is the problem?

Sounds not like you use the wrong oil... Some Celica GT Engines have known Problems with oil comsumption.

If your Serialnumber is between....

JTDDR32T**0001007 - **0190806

JTDDR38T**0001007 - **0190806

...it could be possible.

Because its a factory error (seek for "Shortblock" in Community), Toyota Germany (Europe?) changes the Shortblock by warranty.

I would propose to ask your local Toyo Dealer about it
