Hi! I've just realized, that I didnt introduce myself/my car on the new board... So, this is the original state in october 05: EBC + green stuff: The alarm: Parksensors: I took a few night pics: The music: Spring updates - 18" wheels, lowerd by FK springs, spacers (5mm front, 20mm rear), windows tinting, TYC rear lights: I still have to photo gauges (indigo, imported from USA) and illumination... Peter
JESUS! The alarm has got a LOT of cables!!! I would have gone crazy... Very nice celi. Do you still have the spare tyre under the subw.?
Yes... Lower part of the box is in the rim of spare, so that I have the room for magnet of sub. Peter
Even better... Car is prepared for EMMA SQ (under 1000 EUR). We'll se this weekend - it's the first competition. Peter
Hey Slow, great car. The trunk is amazing. I would like to do it similar but I´m sure you spend a lot time on it?!? What are you going to do next?
@Checker: Depends what you think is a lot of time... Mostly, you need some experience. I've cangenged my trunk layout 9 times in my previous car (http://peter.si21.com/brava). @shyne: UK import http://www.inovit.com/spirit.htm Peter
Looks very nice, especially your mountings for the tweeters. Very good work. Subwooferbox in the trunk looks really solid And the car itself - no plastic monster with huge wings. I like this "smooth" look without wing Good luck at EMMA SQ
very nice car! can you take more pictures of the installed parksensors, please? 'cause i'm very interested how it looks like. i think parksensors are very useful in some situations. thx greetz delta
You can see the shape od the box in this picture: The upper part of the box measures 70 cm (breite) X 50 cm (lange) X 16 cm (höhe). The lower part is big enough for the magnet to fit in, and small enough so I can keep the spare tire (it fits in the rim of the spare). I think the dimensions are 25 X 25 X 14 (cm). I think you won't be able to put two 25ern in the spare... one option is to say goodbye to the spare or use higher box (as high as woofer). I've removed that plastic cover of the strut bar. the box of the woofer goes exactly from rear wall to this strut (not over it). I've used this strut to mount amps on it: If you have troubles understanding it, let me now... i'll get it translated.. Peter
Sehr schön gemacht,da ist in der höhe aber nicht mehr viel Platz im Kofferraum.Oder sieht das nur so aus? Grüße
It's around 40 cm space (height). More impotrant is, that I can pull down rear seats and get flat surface. But mostly I drive alone and don't need much room - just for notebook and credit card... Peter
And one update: Sice I was making my A-pillars at -4 degrees, i got some cracks... Also I lost 1 point each time (EMMA), because they were in "drivers wiev". So I made them one more time : Peter
